When investing in Real assets what is your biggest problem as an investor that you come across and how frequent do you encounter this (i.e. one a day vs. once a year)?

@Robert Griesmeyer, welcome to the BiggerPockets Forums good sir!  I'll give you two:

- Bad tenants - 1-4x/month depending on scale of operations

- Maintenance issues - 1-40x/month depending on scale of operations

What're you stewing on here?  This is an interestingly angled question and I'm looking forward to seeing the evolving responses.
