As for closing statement, not out of the ordinary for a PM to ask for that or a deed etc to prove you are the owner.  

And I can’t prove the fridge works when they keep saying it’s broken and taking photos of leaks etc.

Obviously, I have read and studied the mixed opinions on paying off each property or leveraging your equity to grow your monthly cash flow, and I definitely see advantages too both strategies.

So I’ve been studying for over a year about real estate by watching YouTube, podcasts, all of those places and I finally made up my mind on getting my license.
