I've never used him or even know him from a hole in the wall (no pun intended) but he seemed smart. 

As I stated, I have begun reaching out locally, but thought that posting on BP is the next logical/smart step.I am in the Erie, PA area and I am focused on investing locally.

Doing it myself is one of those things I will put off forever because web things and technology make me crazy.
