My Name is Chris Boyd, and I'm brand new to the BP community. My background is in Financial Services, & I cannot wait to get started in this new venture! I'm reading, listening, studying everything I can on the subject of Flipping and I have one question for all the Pros out there. When it comes to Hard money, who is the best if you are looking for little to no money out of pocket? I read that 5% and 15% yr were acceptable terms...is this accurate? I'm in the process of building relationships with some realtors to assist me in valuation and hidden gems. Also looking for any advice on starting out and would love to hear from others in Florida that are already kicking butt with REI.
