The good news is ur learning sooner and at a faster pace by going thru it now with smaller funds as opposed to later with larger funds!

I think Phoenix is growing at a faster per capita pace though.

Just start and move forward at a comfortable pace.

My agenda is absolutely selfish and self-serving.

Honestly, when I'm happy working, the income is good, and I'm investing heavily, I'm totally content to ride this train until I feel like I want or need another change of pace.   

That made me consider the wholesaling again to build capital at a faster pace, especially with my fiance being a realtor now. 

Learning on the fly, I could barely keep up, but the frenetic pace and seeing daily transformation were early indicators I had chosen a career I would love.The plan was initially to sell some of the homes to pay for others Caleb would keep, but our execution would alter that.

Automate your business, remember you are selling the paper/contract or note OF the property not the Property itself, the Contract paper you are selling just so happens to have a property in its agenda.
