Setup a "fake" company file and spend a few days booking transactions and look on Avvo for a Tax-attorney/CPA who's knowledgeable in QB to help give you a run-down.

Pricing was certainly more reasonable than through the RE Elevated seminar folks.Nothing replaces knowledge, network and legwork; and I wouldn't have it any other way :-)A~

I have a little knowledge at it as well.But for a frustrated landlord that is looking only for cash flow and appreciation does not matter notes are a nice alternative..

Once you gain confidence, experience, and knowledge,  you can start doing deals on your own.
