The recession forced me to liquidate almost everything as I battened down the hatches. 2011 will be time to restructure for the long term or foreseeable future, and real estate will be a more prominent feature of that.

(he's an oldie)...at any rate, i have sold a few properties on a contract for deed, and i have also sold a note from a contract for deed to an instituional note buyer...i'm in the process of selling another note that was a contract for deed as well, so i do have a little bit of experience...chris, my attorney puts a lien on the propety to protect the property buyer...i'm not sure if this is necessary or not, but it made the sale go easier, as it made them feel safer...you''ll see a lot of buyers get nervous when they here that you have a mortgage to pay..this is a safety feature for them basically...it protects them if youdecide to walk away, stop paying your mortgage, die, if the house burns down, if you decide to sell to someone else, etc.

We actually have a site "overhaul" coming up where we will be updating some things (the picture size issue was one of them) as well as adding a few new sections/features...just have to wait until my site admin has some time.

I think this is one of those gimmick features that they charge more for knowing noone will use it.IMO

The only "selling" I do is features and benefits of my rental unit over some other nearby competitive unit that is available.But usually, the good tenant applicants are looking for lowest price - if you have that, then you have an "easy sell".

There are a number of other features that work there that work the same way.
