They think they can just order tenants out of a tenant ATM machine, without learning anything about the laws, or screening, or fair housing, on and on.You can't fix stupid, as they say.  

I've had the carpets cleaned twice, replaced the washing machine, rewired the dryer, replaced light fixtures, hired pest control services, replaced blinds, realigned door frames, and had multiple calls out to plumbers (some of them frivolous).  

So they hooked up the machines in late June.

My bank quit their coin machine, they said it broke too much. 

About two weeks ago the Tenant texted me saying the house flooded with raw sewage again, after the washing machine on the second floor dumped water into the sewer pipes.

My property manager did a walk through and said everything looked fine outside of some minor repairs but was advised that the washing machine was broken.

You select the machines, install them and tell tenant usage fee is included in the rent.

We need to know what kind of machine this is to put a value on it.

I was in IT for 32 years - I don't trust machines any further than I can throw them.

And sometimes the old stuff is way better.Example: He washing machines (as in "high efficiency).
