if you are owner occupied call the Alderman's office cause they have a program where they will reimburse homeowners for damage if the city is at fault which is what you confirm having the plumber meet with the city.I have a guy that all he does 100% is the camera work...does no plumbing work if you need or anyone that sees this needs someone to just come out and camera it.

Generally speaking, a 10 percent cash on cash will equate to an 8x gross rental multiple with no financing (in the smokies.)Looking at current prices now, I don’t see any way someone is getting double digit COC unless it’s a second home 10 percent down, but even those became very strict with a lot of origination points.
