Difficult to access/register in China.

Finding those folks are best when there are referrals so it is a bit difficult.

Im in negotiations with an investor that is selling his house and is willing, with a substantial down payment, wait two years before I refinance the house and pay him the balance here are the numbers360k sale price144k down payment216k balance (4% interest only due monthly or at time of refi in two years -- $17,280)after two years refinance and pay him off.

I saw that the down payment (~30%) on an 850k asking price was about 255k and wasn't confident that I'd be able to scrape together enough funds, but luckily I've fostered some pretty good relationships and it wasn't as difficult as I thought.

Now to find something where the economics make sense....slightly more difficult.

How do i look up all the Mortgage Lien balances (1st mortgage, 2nd, etc) associated with the Philly properties? 

In Ogden in particular, condition plays a large factor and it's difficult to get a feel for these properties unless you can see them physically.Also, there's a local Real Estate Investors Association that's a great way to network offline (nureia.org) (Disclosure: I'm on the board).Good luck and let us know if we can help!

I am looking to build multi-family housing (24 units) in Southern NH and I am finding in really difficult to locate any R3-zoned land.

I started as many others may have by using balance transfer credit cards. 

Do you use the extra cashflow ($2000) to payback the principal balance, or to maximize the benefit of leverage you only pay back interest only for the first 10 years?
