Hi Everyone,My wife has received an opportunity to work at Nationwide Children's in Columbus and will be starting in June.

I agree with the doctor who posted above.. what the heck go get the shot.. just like we got the polio shot ( at least i did) and the shots we give our children so they dont get those other nasty things..

Wondering if it work best for young children, or if it would work with 20-somethings.  

All in with raising the floor for plumbing and then adding a small bed loft above it I paid 22k and that was with furniture and appliances.

I am also concerned with how this would work in the event of my mil's death (hopefully decades from now), as my wife is one of five children.

Having two little children myself, I wouldn't feel comfortable sharing a house with a stranger, not to mention how hard it might be to find someone willing to share a home with a family with a baby unless the rent is really cheap.I can recommend two alternatives in your case.

A cat that prefers destroying a wall rather than their owners furniture is rare! 

And they stole one piece of furniture.  

It’s always a good idea to have at least one bathtub in a home for families with children.

IF you feel there's risk, charge them the same as you would a renter.My concern was a final walkthrough is a chance to spot anything that an inspector might've missed, was hidden by furniture, or happened subsequent to the inspection.
