It takes about 3000 mailers to get a deal.So if your list is only 103 strong... those odds really aren't that great... even if you DID catch every single one of them on the first call.I never did cold calling before so I can not say much about it... but brother... just listen to me... doing other methods will give you SUCH better results man.I do hope you get one man.

In Texas all valid offers have to be in writing, so verbal offers are more like fishing....you might catch something you might not.
