Automated valuation engines like zillow aren't particularly accurate at present. 

We hired an assistant whose first task was to implement a system to automate the payments, work orders, applications, leases etc.  

I use an automated system to recruit, train, and manage bird dogs; I have over 100 of them.

We're stilling obviously trying to figure out a process that works for us and once we figure that out I can automate some of it since i'm a software engineer.3.

Furnish your place as quickly as you can so you can start making money on it, and automate as much as possible (e.g. self check-in with combo locks, pre-delivered House Manual, redundant info on important things like WiFi, access instructions, etc.) 

Mainly, the systems implemented are fascinating (VA, automated offers, etc.)

When I'd email them I just got the same automated reply saying "welcome to lifestyles let us know what you're looking for and we'll email you if we find it", and that's about all you hear from their realtors.

Lower barrier to entry, interactions with great people, systematic operations that can be automated, not to mention a high cap for profitability.
