Vegas is about the same...Sales are down 31% butHouse prices are up 2.8% yoyCondos are up 6% yoy Sales cancellations are down from 1335 April 2019 to only 1190 in 2020Someone else posted the same in another forum about Houston feeling the “covid sting” sales we’re down but housing prices were up 2.5% and condos were up 11% both new April record high prices.
