Newbie Seeking Advice

Jason Herring
Posted

I have just decided to take the leap into real estate and it comes at an interesting time.  Our plan is to build on to our small home And leverage the experience and our equity into brrring rental properties.

I live in NE Houston and I need to start developing a relationship with contractors.  Does anyone have a recommendation?

Also, what is the best way to find a mentor?  I have about a year to build my house then I want to start moving quick and I have a lot to learn between now and then.

Thank you In advance for any advice you are willing to give.
