I have one more year in graduate school and likely to move in August 2021. It is hard to say where I will be moving to. Very likely it would be the big cities in Texas.

So any suggestion for duplex/triplex/quadplex in Houston, Dallas, Austin, Fort Worth, San Antonio, etc. would be great!
