But a bank would never consider this (I use my STR income to qualify, but I'm incorporated and have been paying Federal tax on my income for 5+ years, so unless you are in this boat, you will need to qualify LTR - my loans aren't special either, they are 5% commercial, but at least I can refi those after I purchase).
