Renting out a yatch or fishing boat in the FL Keys?

I've always wanted to have a boat to fish with in the Florida keys.  But I cannot afford to keep one there in storage.  

my thought was to turn it into a profitable situation.  Does anyone have experience with renting out larger boats.  Yatchs or 80'+ fishing viking boats?

I figure I could hire a caption.  Rent out spots.  I also think it could be a way around the strick short term rentals there.  

could do daily trips.  Multinight.  Week.  Ect.

Would be great to hear some insight or any experiences doing this. Thanks!
