I studied hard, worked hard, played hard and always believed that if you had a passion for something, then if you pursued it the money would follow.

The priority of the learners is to build a healthy civilization, set their own goals, and find their passions.

The goal is to FIRE, work optional, fill our time with a passion project, not work forever, not even as an active real estate landlord.

If you have passion, drive and commitment (not just involvement) you will succeed. 

But then I realized how lucky I am for you to take the time out of your day to teach something that you are truly passionate about.

I have a few graduate degrees and find value in each of them as it's allowed me to grow as a leader and strengthen area's I'm personally passionate about.  

I'm eager to work 24/7 and my passion for real estate investing drives me to continually learn and grow.

There are many eager and passionate people here who are keen to learn, but despite this, I just don't see more Bigger pockets associates interested on local events.

You may remember me I’m the guy that bought you lunch.First let me say that Mobile home park university is worth the $ if your a person who takes action it’s a great place to start.It’s clear that your passionate about helping others buy parks and not just selling guru training.Good news is I have a 80 pad and 38 pad under my belt in Brookings SD and have built a great team , we have also raised millions of dollars in “mobile home fund I” w A partnership w Sawgrass Capital however finding deals is a real challenge..Quality deal flow is my biggest challenge.
