You might be able to get some things here...but gas stations, businesses, warehouses, manufacturing plants, etc. are kind of outside of the real of this site. 

When I graduated high school I was working at Valero gas station.

If they go to the gas station they have to pay before they drive away with their gas.

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.

I would advise looking in Capitol View/Stifft Station right now as it is gentrifying.
