I know MD's who complain that there are too many doctors and reimbursements are way down.

It's like deciding you want to be a doctor and asking, "How do I diagnose and heal someone?" 

I spoke with Aaron Chapman and I strongly suspect he can get you where you want to go...though I have not pulled the trigger with him (due to my family's ongoing medical crisis).

In my other life, I work as a medical coding auditor.  

Durham has a huge number of medical residents, business school people, law school, etc that are staying here for short terms.  

Partner up with other dentists, doctors, lawyers, accountants, etc. if you can in order to purchase a larger deal.

Student loans prior to drop out, medical caused by the illness, consumer cause by the job loss, or a mix of two or three of those (if a mix, a percent breakdown would be helpful).Are they just unpaid/delinquent accounts, or was bankruptcy declared?

Many of my tenants have unpaid medical bills and other loans (credit card, car payment, etc.) with late payments which have been satisfied.
