@Mia Kirsch we actually got a 2nd FHA but hard to find a lender who actually knew that was a thing and had to be more than 75 miles away for a new job as we didn’t meet the other criteria like larger family.

Since sensitive information is necessary to the negotiations but disclosing parties may suffer harm if this information leaks, an NDA works to put parties at ease and spell out the consequences of a breach.An NDA could also impact future contractual obligations or business opportunities.

The most I think it can get you is 30, and this would need to be a nice job and good ceiling height. 

When reviewing income, a good landlord will consider how long the individual has had the job or how consistent the income has been historically.
