^Right, I would not recommend the Town of Quantico, but the other areas are fine. 

I am in the process of making my first real estate purchase with my parents and its not a simple one - it is a lot in the town I want to live in with a house on it that's a demo.

I would have zero regrets about renting it out if you were staying in town and moving to a new home.

Wasn't looking at Linn County in particular, but Brookfield isn't a bad town.

If it's in a surrounding town, like Dartmouth or Fairhaven, it's easily be in the $260K range.

So the question more or less is get a condo soon or wait out and keep saving to get a town home.

The duplex is located in a town of about 7k people but is about 35 minutes out from a larger city of 300k.
