In the afternoon spend time walking around Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo, along their famous and cute squares, do some shopping visiting all exclusive boutiques, visit the dock where luxurious yachts are moored...In the evening sip cocktails or have dinner at the Billionaire, or enjoy the music at one of the Cafè in Porto Cervo.Well, better wake up from this dream!

Guess.... this is one of those posts where I'm the contrarian....Buying and holding real estate is a bad way to start....Long terms holding is for when you have too much cash....And you can afford to pay cash to buy real estate at severe discounts...And enjoy free and clear cashflow...Until then you are better off... buying and selling and being in the real estate "business" until that time...Think of every long term landlord you know and their properties are decrepit and they are selling them at a discount..20 years later...The single best use of a property will be the discount you purchase it at....And taking advantage of that discount by going from....Cash to asset and back to cash....

Call your title company, I almost always do mine myself, but I have been on vacation before and called my title company and they did the contract per my direction and had everyone sign it.E-mailing pdf is a good way, but if you need a super clean copy, then yes mail is better, however you should probably include return postage and large envelopes for faster returns.
