Hello everyone!!
My name is Nick Johnson. My little investment firm is called Motiv8td Investments LLC. I look forward to increasing my circle of influence with some members of this forum. I currently only work 2 strategies which Short Sales and Sub2's. My easy exit strategies include Wholesaling my shorts to other investors and retail buyers and Lease/Optioning my Sub2's to potential end buyers.
