Owners live in different state

I have got a MD property two owners of which live in 2 different states (one in FL, another in NV, and I am in MD).
What is the best way to get the contract signed? Mail the contract to one, have him sign and notarize the signature, and then send the contract to another to do the same, and then send to me?

Any suggestions?
