I started to read this year, I have read 3 books, and I am on the 4th now But more useful I fond BP.com which I found great, I am now listening the podcasts, 1-30 and continuing.I recently got another single unit for rental, so now I have 3 unitsI have encountered that I don't have the time to be LL, I am a 40-50 hrs W2 job plus commute 1 hr from home to workI just meet a PM company and wanted to start working with them, but the agreement they sent me to sign I did not liked, it seems very convenient for them, I told them I could not sign that, so they said its ok for me to provide the agreement templateDoes any one can recommend me a template, I am on El Paso TX.Thank you everyoneI have not filled my profile entirely but I plan to do soon,and be more proactive on BP.comSal

@Antonio SanchezAnything that can connect the high-paying jobs of the Bay Area into cheaper housing markets and allow workers an easier commute than driving 2-3 hours into the city every day will do wonders for home prices.I do a lot of deals in Stockton and Sacramento, and Bay Area migrants and investors get an almost reverse-sticker-shock as they can't believe how cheap the housing is compared to the Bay Area.
