Needing some good advice please

So my dad and I are going to be attempting to get a loan for a 62 unit we have a very nice down payment. I'm just worried that if it doesn't work out we will be using all our hard earned money for nothing. Is it normal to feel scared or have doubts for your first deal?

@Jason Barnes the only probes you may encounter, is that they may ask you to hire a professional, experienced property manager because of the large investment and your inexperience.

Best of luck
