Just wondering, what software programs you have found best for tracking rental, and also wholesaling?

I can only assume times are a bit tough for some as the casino workers are not all back to work but, would love to hear someone on the ground there's thoughts.

If the hardship is run of the mill, "I was stupid and lost my money on the black jack table at the casino" then it does not apply.

I had to stop working as a software engineer several years ago due to health issues, and that had me scared that I couldn't afford to "risk" real estate.

I'd encourage you to try a bunch of different software and figure out which ones help the most with your biggest pain points and time-consuming activities.

I have purchased software before and I knew going in it is not always clear sailing. 

I'm making more on unemployment than I was dealing poker at the casino.

I am looking for a recommendation on property management software/accounting for myself.
