Property software - recommendations

Good Afternoon or Good Evening (where ever you may be). I am looking for a recommendation on property management software/accounting for myself. Currently I have a duplex and hopefully as I purchase more I would like to be on top of everything before it gets out of hand. Any recommendations for software to use. Where I work we use Yardi, but wasnt sure if there are other programs out there that anyone has used. Any information would be very helpful.
