The price is discounted compared to what handyman will charge you for occasional jobs, but still, it can be quite some if you consider all the work that needs to be done (hanging curtain rods, all furniture in a 3be house, hanging TVs)3.

They have to define those terms now, otherwise you “occasionally” rent it out, which to you means 300-350 days per year.

You are correct-- all work is EXTERNAL (siding and painting), aside from occasional home entrance for windows (if needed).I would never consider asking a tenant to change their life so I could paint the inside, that's not reasonable.Thank you for your throughts
