Seattle population growth can only go north or south, and the Everett market to the north is more socially upscale than to the south.

Assuming I find a few good deals I plan to wholesale and possibly keep a couple for rentals.While I wait for the letters to print and send I plan to get involved in my local REI/Meet up groups, drive for dollars, and do everything that I can to promote myself over social media.  

When I started 19 years ago... there wasn't Facebook, social marketing, Twitter, Instagram, or any scanning fax machines.  

There was no deposit or starting cost asked by Citizens other than my social.
