I'd be interested in hearing what yours are!  

I remember as a newer agent, and then later as a wholesaling investor, one of my biggest problems was ALWAYS Lead Generation....

I could never figure out where to find the best leads for my businesses at the time...

Later, the problem I developed was time management. There never seemed to be enough hours in the day!

Those were Two Of Mine...

What would yours be if you remember what it was like; OR if you are currently newer, I would LOVE to hear the challenges you typically face these days!

When I started 19 years ago... there wasn't Facebook, social marketing, Twitter, Instagram, or any scanning fax machines.  

My first MLS came in a book! That will give you an idea how long ago it was for me! I would love to hear your stories so I can stay on the top of my game!!!
