I recently left an engineering job to be full time in real estate as an agent/investor. 

Flexed my engineering muscles (not really I have a business degree from an engineering school I just enjoy the humble brag).

I was able to use this to hone in on three potential properties that all made sense on paper at various prices and rent rates(one of which I ended up getting a  20% under list price cash flowing deal in a hot local market) I do alot of side work as a tech engineer completing small freelance projects using sites like UpWork that I can do in my spare time as needed.

I am looking to speak with a contractor and an engineer that is knowledgeable about concrete slab foundations in Sacramento California.

First timer here, I'm 22 years old and have a BS in Aeronautical Engineering--I'm really out of my league here.
