Looking for a contractor and an engineer in Sacramento

I’ve been taking a keener interest in my mom’s house. There is some repair work that needs to be done. One corner of my mom’s house is having issues. It appears the slab is split horizontally and is causing some minor shifting and cracking of walls. I would like to find someone that knowledgeable and would know how this could be fixed. I’m also curious if the foundation on the problem side of the house was poured incorrectly. The house was built in 1986. I am looking to speak with a contractor and an engineer that is knowledgeable about concrete slab foundations in Sacramento California.
