I’ve recently been thinking about my future and what I can do to have financial freedom for myself and children.

My children lived in a small 2bedroom house with us, their parents.

No furniture, not living in unit as of today, but she is making a big deal about no hot water.

.✅ Coordinated an interstate move of the above-mentioned auction-house furniture from Kaminski Auction House in Taunton, MA to a self-storage unit in Cincy, OH on the same day as  I✅ Coordinated my own personal furniture move from the over priced, ultra expensive SF Bay Area to the beautiful, affordable, and rapidly growing city of Houston, TX.

Trust me, you do not want to go through the eviction process here—-one day I might post here about the nightmare tenant that was our one and only eviction— (former friend who just wanted to store some furniture in our storage under our house for a few days but started “living” there—turned into a 6 yr “tenant” -was mostly ok/tolerable but turned into a nightmare last two years when we told him it was time to move on—eviction alone took 5 months!)

You have the military base close by that could provide quality renters, plus quite a few of the major hospitals (Childrens, CU Anschutz, etc). 

Our home was painted Amazing Grey - it's got some brown tones and grey tones in it - I personally love it because it matches so much - if you put grey next to it it looks grey - if you have more brown tones in your furniture it looks more nude.

A single executive who travels may want a furnished unit BUT most luxury renters have all their own furniture and kitchen equipment.

Since you'll be living there, you'll just have to nail down your timeline - you don't want to go long without a kitchen or a bathroom (always make sure you have a working bathroom, obviously).Constantly moving furniture is a pain, so you might want to think about that as well.
