Las Vegas Real Estate Market HELLLLPPP!!

Kiana Johnson
Posted

I’ve recently been thinking about my future and what I can do to have financial freedom for myself and children. I dabbled with different business ideas and careers that peak my interest and real estate has done that for me. I’ve done a ton of research about ways I can begin this new found journey but I would like some tips from a seasoned investor on where to begin. Anything helps! Apparently I’m not looking for a mentor so tips will suffice.

Hey Kiana,

Here are some tips to get you started:

1. Do a financial self assessment: liquid cash as your disposal (what are you willing to risk), credit score, how much reserve money do you have.

2. Submit this info to a mortgage broker to see how much home you qualify for

Once you have this in hand then you can make a real assessment about the direction you would like to go in your investment journey.

Good luck!
