Just finishing up the construction and got my tenant in there last week (my mother).

If anyone is looking for their first or next Airbnb, I’m just finishing a reno in the Echo Farms neighborhood with a nice in ground pool. 5 minutes from the hospital so would be good for nurses too. 4/2 2100 sqft.

But the rehab process takes me about 2-3 years to finish because i work Full time and only have weekends off to rehab. is this a good idea or am i wasting my time or is there a better alternative?

The first year was obviously the kicker, took me six months to close my first deal and only ended up closing four more properties to finish the year.
