I use to :)Its a tough gig.Can be profitable but the best way of making it work is if you are hands on and direct on the ground.I always recommend B class as a good foundation and then later maybe speculate with C and D class.Thanks

Usually there will be cast iron under the basement floor which commonly fails after 100 years, and in St Louis, MO they ran clay pipe from the edge of the foundation to the alley where it connects to the main sewer line.
