While I'm there installing a faucet, I'm also cleaning the exhaust fans, fixing the doorbell, painting some touch-ups, snaking drains, etc. 

She died of a snake bite and that ended that story.

So I'll probably expand Thunder Sun Homes down there too in the coming year.

I don't know how some markets operate, but typically with sports that are "minor league" (think AA and AAA baseball), the thought is "if you build it, they will come" -- well as someone who grew up near the Trenton Thunder AA baseball and then the Philadelphia (Chester) Union stadiums, I can tell you it does NOT work that way. 

It was only $6 / month for the sewer line coverage and I've had to snake the main sewer line once a year for about 7 years on two properties on the same street so I bought it.

By hairs, I mean foundation problems, legal problems, tax problems, electrical issues, plumbing issues, roof problems, snakes (yes, snakes..i have seen it), bee hives, lousy neighbors, etc.

Just had a quote from a handyman company for a drain snake at $300/HOUR!

This group will definitely let you know if you are on the right track, and don’t worry your deal is your deal I haven’t seen anyone try to snake a deal from someone else.

Several are executives who aren’t interested in taking calls about not being able to get the TV to work or that there’s a snake in the dryer.These types are glad to pay the 25% and move along.But if you are wired in such a way that you like to get “down into the weeds” to squeeze out some of that 25%, self management is for you.But...it’s not really a 25% savings, as when you are self managing, you likely have 12-16% in overhead on the VRBO or ABNB platforms.
