I am a 28 year old born and raised in Houston Texas (champions/klein area to be specific).

When I look for properties, I need the space to add a soccer field, whether land or a tennis court to convert, area for a park theme, space to conduct English speaking classes and after kids programs.

My hobbies include power lifting, random club sports (currently playing tennis, volleyball and softball), occasional PC gaming (overwatch) and hiking. 

I love the BP team when they pop the hands of the kids reaching for the cookie jar, when the kids are using a 2 legged stool, on 4 phone books, with a homemade teeter totter of a tennis ball under a 2 by 4.  

Example, the Retreat at Champions Gate allows it, but Country Club at Champions Gate does not.  

Get her far away from the idea that this might fail and she'll champion your cause as if she thought of it!

Champions Gate, Solterra, and Reunion are all great places to retire.  

I think, given my knowledge of prices from contractors around here and such, we could redo the pool, re-roof the clubhouse, and re-surface the tennis court and still have 33% of our reserves remaining, and I don't really think we have any other CapEx to be concerned with.
