new wholesaler looking for guidance

Hi guys, My name is Howard Luna and I'm new to the BiggerPockets community. This is the fist time I post something and it is kind of like a cry for help. After lots of studies and listen to a ton of podcasts, I've decided to start as a wholesaler. I'm happy to inform I have my first deal, problem is, can't find an investor to fund it for me. These are the specs: 

  1. Single Family Home (Briarcliff Manor NY)
  2. 5080 sq ft
  3. 5 Beds / 5 baths (+2 1/2 bath)
  4. 2.58 Acres
  5. In-ground Swimming Pool
  6. outdoor In-ground Jacuzzi/hot tub
  7. WITH A TENNIS COURT
  8. Fully Finish Basement.


Seller wanted 1.2M but I've negotiated it down to 900k...
Property is worth around 1.6M...
 House can be sold as is, it needs practically nothing to be repaired. 

Looking for advice. Has any one had this size of a problem??? lol
