,That is part of cold calling but the only strategy I would tell you to help is to let them know your a local investor so they dont think your this big cold calling company spamming them.

Not saying spam them or use some arbitrary formula (though I know a local guru that teaches exactly this) but just see if you can get a few of them to counter.

I don't owe people money or back taxes, and get around 6 spam and robo calls a day, each, on my cell phone, and my home phone.

I wouldn't be taking anybody's info obviously or spamming in any kind of way.

So, if you don't want to re-send the bad emails and get busted for spamming it takes a lot of time to remove every bad email address.

BP doesn't want outsiders spamming the site and I agree with that.

I did and it only resulted in spam in my inbox for properties that I had zero interest in.
