Apartments are what a lot of people are trying to get into because of the scalability factor as well as the amount of cashflow an investment group can produce through the asset.

However, you'll often have luck using commercial loans with local banks and credit unions and you could have the ideal setup for a BRRRR investment system that is scalable! 

That person can enjoy the benefits mentioned above (scalability, cash flow, equity, tax benefits, etc.) without quitting their job to become a real estate investor or allocating a disproportionate amount of time and attention to growing their wealth by means of real estate.

The method I was to use seems a bit different to me, and I’m curious about viability and scalability.

So, with this train of thought, I consider scalability and product (or deal flow) just as often and just as importantly as I consider capital.

Scalability is greatly important to me for many reasons.

Spend your time on other facets of your business, like setting up scalable systems that can easily grow as your leads build.BTW I would do a number of tests for the next few months.

In some cases, it seems reasonable, but it's not very scalable.

Scalable as well - pay less when you start out, more only when you need it.
