Mine is not, he has his own company and I am billed through his company for services rendered so he is not an employee but a subcontractor.Keep in mind that unless you actually do this correctly, just calling the PM a sub contractor does not make it so and the tax guys will be looking for such cirumventions of the rules to pop you.
