What is your take on real estate rendering and photography? How do you incorporate this into your marketing strategy? What qualities should we look for a real estate photography/rendering company?

According to a National Association of Realtors survey, 80% of home buyers used the Internet last year to search for a home. This means that online photos are any potential buyers first view of a home and poor pictures tend to turn buyers away.

One strategy is to take many pics.Home buyers want to see more than just the front of the house. Buyers also want to get a look at the living room, kitchen, dining room, family room, master bedroom/bathroom and the backyard.
