I stopped for a while to do life coaching and energy work, and then I met a guy who was a broker that wanted to get more into the development side so we teamed up with his dad, a lawyer, and started up.As things have progressed, I am now finding lots of deals, and as it turns out, the guy I am working with is not really delivering the investors like he said he could/would so I am learning that part of the process now too as most of my deals sit quietly on the sidelines.

I am thrilled with having made some progress in my journey, even though it hasn't ended up in a deal at this time.Thank you again to everyone who took the time to respond!

It sounds like you've already made significant progress, and it's great that you're seeking feedback.

Get a spiral Binder and write down everything in that binder as well as take pictures with your cellular phone.

To be honest, I am not completely confident I will be successful, but I have mentally committed to making a consistent effort towards progress.

Finally ready to take the plunge and actually start investing in real estate rather than just talk about it, so I upgraded to Pro.I'm focusing on BRRRR single family homes to start and as I do not own my own home, I am looking to house hack for my first deal.Still early in the education process and putting together my team, but excited to progress forward and hopefully connect with local investors.
