\I will say, as a PM, where I add the most value if the 24/7 guest communications, 20+ platforms including some big names like JetBlue and Marriott, pricing with RevMax and a live revenue manager, etc. 

Plus great communication with guests.

I never received any communication directly from the Land Bank despite constant follow up and inquiries.

The biggest advice I would give on this is just be patient and be very communicative with your PM.

Regular meetings and smooth communication keep everyone on track, marching toward that glorious goal.So, no more flying by the seat of your pants.

With that in mind we are navigating the waters between two very murky districts that both want the same things, but don’t communicate between one another.

Definitely read all their reviews, see how they communicate and look into the company's reputation. 

Having experience building a business will help with your real estate investing, as you'll have the communication and organizational skills required to be successful.If you’re looking to invest long distance, I definitely recommend building your core-4 team.

There was a lot of communication on this platform concerning that company but I can not remember their name.   

At the end of the day the PM business is a service business and being unable to communicate with the PM for up to 2 days won’t cut it.
