Account ClosedI would bet that most, if not all, states would have it that legally you don't have to disclose in non-agent related marketing.I'd also guess that most, if not all states, real estate board and definitely the NAR affiliates would say you should disclose it in everything at all times.Also I was not saying I would mention the agent stuff as soon as we start talking, but I would want to mention it before I put a piece of paper in front of them to sign acknowledging that they know I'm an agent and I'm not representing them in anyway.

It will be very difficult for real estate agents to be able to satisfy the consumer since that they are acting under the NAR and  MLS rules.
