Does anyone use Zillow.com? Also are these "Zestimates" a reliable value for homes listed on the site?

Please Stop Searching Zillow and Trulia.
I do use Zillow as a tool, but not the "Zestimate." I use it sometimes to see what properties are for sale or rent in a certain area, because they have a terrific map feature - (though, Craigslist does too now, and more current I think.)
